By joining the REVIBE Unlimited Membership, you agree to the following terms.
Your Unlimited Membership gives you access to tanning sessions at REVIBE for one monthly membership payment, subject to the usage and safety limits below.
Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared, sold or used by another person.
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase or use a tanning membership.
Your membership is a rolling monthly membership.
Payment will be collected automatically on the 1st of each month using your chosen payment method.
Any initial payment or part-month charge applicable when you first join will be clearly shown to you before you complete your purchase.
If a payment fails, your membership may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been successfully collected.
There is no minimum membership term.
You can cancel your membership at any time, provided we receive your cancellation at least 5 days before your next payment date.
For example, where your next payment is due on the 1st of the month, your cancellation must be submitted at least 5 days beforehand to prevent that payment being taken.
If cancellation is received after this deadline, the next scheduled payment may still be taken and your membership will remain active until the end of that paid membership period.
Cancelling your membership does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Unlimited Membership is subject to the following maximum usage limits:
The 15-minute limit is an absolute maximum and does not mean that every member can safely tan for 15 minutes.
Your permitted session length may be lower depending on your skin type, tanning history, the equipment being used, manufacturer guidance, previous UV exposure and REVIBE's safe-use procedures.
Where a lower safe exposure limit applies, that lower limit will always take priority over your membership allowance.
REVIBE reserves the right to refuse, shorten or postpone a session where we believe doing so is necessary for safe use or legal compliance.
Membership does not override any of REVIBE's normal tanning rules, safety procedures or legal obligations.
Members must follow all safety instructions provided by REVIBE and our staff.
You must tell us about anything which may affect your suitability to use a sunbed, including medication, medical conditions, unusual reactions to UV exposure or significant recent UV exposure.
Protective eyewear must be used in accordance with REVIBE's normal safe-use procedures.
REVIBE may refuse tanning sessions where safe-use requirements have not been met.
Membership sessions must be booked through the REVIBE Customer Portal.
Bookings are subject to availability and membership does not guarantee a particular appointment time, bed or bed type.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your booked time. Beds will be held for 2 minutes past your booked time and may be surrendered to another customer if required.
Any cancellation made within 1 hour of the booked time will be marked as a no show.
Please cancel or amend bookings you can no longer attend so that the appointment can be made available to another customer.
Repeated misuse of the booking system, including persistent non-attendance, may result in booking restrictions or suspension of membership.
Your membership may only be used by you.
You must not allow another person to use your customer account, membership, booking details or membership benefits.
REVIBE may request identification where necessary to confirm the identity or age of a member.
Attempted sharing, misuse or fraudulent use of a membership may result in immediate suspension or cancellation.
Where you purchase your membership online, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
If you ask us to activate your membership and allow you to use tanning services during this period, you expressly request that the service begins before the end of the cancellation period.
If you subsequently exercise a statutory cancellation right after using the membership, any refund due may be adjusted to reflect services already provided, where permitted by law.
REVIBE may occasionally need to restrict access to individual tanning beds because of maintenance, breakdowns, servicing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Membership does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every tanning bed or every appointment time.
Where possible, we will make alternative tanning beds or appointment times available.
We may occasionally need to change these terms, the membership price or the way the membership operates.
We will give members reasonable notice of any material changes before they take effect.
Any changes required to comply with legislation, regulations or safety requirements may be introduced as necessary.
REVIBE reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership where a member:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law.
By purchasing an Unlimited Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

At REVIBE, the health and safety of our customers and team is extremely important to us.
We operate our tanning equipment responsibly, provide customers with clear information about ultraviolet (UV) exposure, monitor usage and maintain our equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidance and applicable health and safety requirements.
This policy explains how we manage the risks associated with UV tanning and what we require from customers using our sunbeds.
Sunbeds produce ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Exposure to UV radiation can cause tanning, but it can also cause skin damage. Health risks associated with UV exposure include:
There is no evidence that tanning using a sunbed is safer than tanning through natural sunlight.
For this reason, we encourage every customer to make an informed decision before using UV tanning equipment and to follow the safety advice provided by REVIBE.
UKHSA discourages the use of sunbeds for cosmetic tanning, and NHS guidance also identifies skin cancer, premature ageing, sunburn and eye irritation amongst the risks associated with UV tanning equipment.
You must be 18 years of age or over to use any UV tanning equipment at REVIBE.
It is illegal in England for anyone under the age of 18 to use a commercial sunbed.
REVIBE may request valid photographic identification where there is any doubt about a customer's age. If satisfactory identification cannot be provided, use of our tanning equipment will be refused.
People under the age of 18 must not enter designated restricted sunbed areas.
These rules apply regardless of parental permission.
UV tanning is not suitable for everyone.
You should not use our tanning equipment if:
Additional caution should be exercised if you:
Government and HSE guidance specifically advises people with very fair skin, those who burn easily and people who have previously had skin cancer not to use sunbeds. HSE guidance also identifies medicines, medical conditions, large numbers of moles or freckles and sensitivity to sunlight as important risk factors.
If you are uncertain whether a medicine or medical condition affects your suitability for UV tanning, please speak to your GP, pharmacist or other appropriate healthcare professional before using a sunbed.
REVIBE staff cannot provide medical advice.
Pregnancy is not an exemption from the health risks associated with UV tanning.
Skin can become more sensitive during pregnancy and changes in pigmentation may also occur. Pregnant customers may therefore be more susceptible to burning or changes in skin pigmentation.
If you are pregnant, we recommend discussing sunbed use with your midwife or other healthcare professional before tanning.
You should not use a sunbed if you feel unwell, excessively warm, dizzy, faint or otherwise unable to tolerate the heat of the equipment comfortably.
There is no single tanning time which is appropriate for everyone.
Appropriate exposure depends upon factors including:
HSE guidance states that UV dose is affected by the irradiance of the equipment, exposure time and the individual characteristics of the customer. Manufacturer instructions should therefore be followed when deciding suitable exposure times.
REVIBE reserves the right to reduce the session time requested by a customer where we consider a shorter exposure appropriate.
A customer's membership, prepaid minutes or other package never overrides a safe exposure limit.
A maximum time is exactly that — a maximum. It does not mean that the maximum session length is suitable for every customer.
REVIBE does not permit customers to undertake multiple UV tanning sessions within the same 24-hour period.
A maximum of one UV tanning session in any 24-hour period is permitted.
Where manufacturer guidance, your tanning history, your skin response or advice from REVIBE indicates that a longer interval is appropriate, the longer interval must be followed.
Customers must also take account of significant natural sun exposure.
You should never attempt to compensate for missed sessions by having longer or more frequent tanning sessions.
Repeated sessions designed to create a rapid tan can substantially increase UV exposure, and UKHSA specifically advises people not to undertake repeated sessions in an attempt to quickly build a tan.
No customer will be permitted to exceed:
Where a REVIBE product or membership states a maximum session allowance, this represents the absolute upper limit, not a recommended exposure time.
For example, where a membership allows sessions of up to 15 minutes, this does not mean that a 15-minute session is appropriate for every member.
Safety limits always take priority over membership allowances or purchased minutes.
Suitable UV protective eyewear must be worn while using our UV tanning equipment.
Closing your eyes does not provide sufficient protection against UV radiation.
Failure to use appropriate protective eyewear can increase the risk of eye irritation and longer-term eye damage.
Customers must follow the instructions provided regarding protective eyewear throughout their entire UV tanning session.
REVIBE reserves the right to refuse a session where a customer will not comply with our eye-protection requirements.
Before using a sunbed, customers should:
HSE advises that tanning exposure assessments are based upon clean skin and recommends removing cosmetics and deodorants before tanning and avoiding tanning accelerants.
Only products suitable for use with tanning equipment should be used.
Products marketed as tanning creams or accelerators do not remove or prevent the health risks associated with UV exposure.
You should not use a REVIBE sunbed if you are already sunburnt.
Customers should consider their total UV exposure, including natural sunlight as well as tanning equipment.
A tan obtained from a sunbed should not be considered adequate protection against subsequent exposure to sunlight.
If you have experienced an unusually high level of natural sunlight, particularly where your skin is red, tender or irritated, you should postpone your tanning session.
Sunscreen should not be used as a way of deliberately extending the amount of time spent on a sunbed.
Customers must never attempt to override an appropriate exposure time through the use of lotions, sunscreen, cosmetics or other products.
Session length should always be determined by the relevant exposure guidance rather than by attempting to artificially protect the skin during a longer session.
Some REVIBE equipment may combine UV tanning with other light technologies.
Where a session or equipment mode includes UV radiation, it is treated as a UV tanning session for the purpose of this policy.
All UV exposure limits, age restrictions, eye protection requirements and session-frequency rules therefore continue to apply.
A hybrid or combined-light session should not be interpreted as removing or reducing the risks associated with the UV element of the session.
Customers should stop their session immediately if they experience:
Do not continue tanning simply because additional minutes remain on the timer.
If you are concerned about a reaction during or following UV exposure, do not use UV tanning equipment again until the reaction has resolved and, where appropriate, you have obtained medical advice.
UV tanning can cause sunburn.
If following a session your skin becomes significantly red, painful, swollen or blistered, you should not undertake another UV tanning session and should seek appropriate medical advice.
If you develop an unusual skin reaction or notice a new or changing mole, growth or area of pigmentation, you should seek medical advice rather than continuing to expose the area to UV.
The NHS advises seeking medical advice where moles, freckles or areas of skin change in size, shape or colour.
Customers are responsible for giving REVIBE accurate information when asked about matters relevant to safe tanning, including:
If circumstances change, customers should tell us before their next session.
A previous history of tanning without problems does not guarantee that a future session will not cause an adverse reaction.
REVIBE staff may refuse, postpone, stop or shorten a tanning session where they reasonably believe it is appropriate for health, safety or legal compliance.
This may include circumstances where:
Any decision made for health and safety reasons takes priority over a booking, membership entitlement or prepaid tanning minutes.
Our team receive appropriate information and training in relation to the safe operation of our tanning equipment.
Staff are expected to understand:
Staff cannot diagnose medical conditions or confirm whether medication is compatible with UV exposure. Customers requiring medical guidance will be directed to an appropriate healthcare professional.
REVIBE operates and maintains its tanning equipment in accordance with appropriate manufacturer instructions and applicable product and electrical safety requirements.
Our safety procedures include appropriate arrangements for:
Equipment which we believe may be unsafe will not be made available to customers until the issue has been investigated and resolved.
Customer-contact surfaces on our tanning equipment are cleaned between users using products and procedures suitable for the equipment.
Customers are also provided with a clean and appropriately maintained tanning environment.
REVIBE maintains procedures covering:
Customers should tell a member of staff immediately if they have any concerns regarding cleanliness.
Customers are shown or provided with information regarding the safe operation of the equipment.
Each customer must be able to stop their session before the scheduled end time if required.
In the event of equipment failure, illness or another emergency, customers should stop the session and seek assistance from a member of the REVIBE team immediately.
Serious incidents will be managed in accordance with our emergency and incident-reporting procedures.
REVIBE may maintain records of tanning sessions and other information reasonably required for the operation and safety of our services.
This allows us to monitor matters such as:
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
Purchasing an Unlimited Membership, tanning package or prepaid minutes does not provide unlimited UV exposure.
All normal health and safety restrictions continue to apply.
This includes:
Unused access resulting from safety limits cannot be recovered by having longer or additional sessions.
Ultimately, tanning is an elective activity involving exposure to UV radiation.
Customers should consider the known risks before deciding whether to use UV tanning equipment.
By using our tanning facilities, customers agree to:
REVIBE is committed to operating its tanning services responsibly.
We will continue to:
Customers who would like independent information about the health effects of UV tanning can refer to guidance published by:
If you have any questions regarding how our equipment operates or any of REVIBE's tanning safety procedures, please speak to a member of the team before beginning your session.
If you are unsure whether UV tanning is suitable for you because of a medical condition, medication, pregnancy or previous reaction to UV exposure, please seek appropriate medical advice before tanning.
